Declan Rice celebrated the launch of Arsenal's new third shirt with an exclusive performance at the Adidas store on London's Oxford Street. The 26-year-old midfielder was in his element at the Highbury House Party on Tuesday evening, joining Jeremiah Asiamah behind the decks.

It didn't take Rice long to get the crowd going, beginning his set with a rendition of JME's iconic opening verse in the track called 'Man Don’t Care'. The song, which also features Giggs, was released in 2015 and has accumulated over 120 million listens on Spotify.

After just a couple of bars, Rice got a wheel-up from Asiamah, who announced to the crowd: "Easy! Oi, this brudda' is seasoned." The England international replied: "[I'm] just trying to enjoy my life, bro. just enjoying my life."

Then, the DJ started playing 'One More Chance Freestyle' by Skrapz, and Rice began reciting the lyrics. While donning Arsenal's new third shirt, the former West Ham captain got another wheel-up for his impressive performance.

Rice later enjoyed some South African music, vibing to amapiano. He was later joined by Wretch 32, a popular British artist from Tottenham called Jermaine Sinclaire Scott, as they performed 'Tell Me'.

At the event, which was free to attend, supporters also had the opportunity to meet Rice and have their shirts signed. It's not the first time that the Englishman has teased a career in the music industry, having previously performed in front of thousands.

In November 2021, Rice performed 'Ice Ice Baby' by Vanilla on a "Sing Your Dialect" karaoke space on X, formerly known as Twitter. The midfielder belted his heart out in front of 76,819 listeners, which included John McGinn, Jude Bellingham and a handful of official football club accounts.

Speaking to in June 2022, Rice described himself as the 'fake Drake'. He said: "See, with Liam [Gallagher], I managed to go to Reading [festival] and watch him perform and got to meet him.

"That was incredible. Obviously, everyone knows Oasis songs, everyone knows the lyrics to Oasis songs. I feel like music's so good, you know. I think it's a massive part of my life.

"I like my American artists at the minute. So yeah, they're the ones that get me going and get me ready," added Rice. Asked if he'd rather be a rapper or a rockstar, he said: "Probably a rapper instead of a rockstar.

"I'd have to come up with a name. D-Rizzy or something. Rice, obviously, Rice would turn that into Rizzy and we'll just take Declan away and keep the D, so D-Rizzy, like a fake Drake."
