When asked about the latest on Maddison's fitness, Postecoglou admitted: "No, it doesn't look great, but we're just waiting for further information.
"We'll just wait and see. Hopefully we'll probably get some clarity tomorrow. It's fair to say it doesn't look promising but I'll just wait and see."
On Solanke, the Tottenham boss stated that he hopes to have the striker available to face Bodo/Glimt on Thursday night.
"Dom's [Solanke] improving," said Postecoglou. "We obviously left him out today but the medical team are pretty confident he should be right for Thursday."
Tottenham have a 3-1 lead going into the second leg of their Europa League semi-final against Bodo/Glimt. Spurs will make the trip to Norway for the return leg on Thursday night, where it remains to be seen if Maddison or Solanke will be available.
If Spurs were to get past Bodo/Glimt in midweek, they would set up a Europa League final against either Manchester United or Athletic Club later this month. The Red Devils have a 3-0 lead going into the second leg of their semi-final at Old Trafford on Thursday evening.
