NEET UG 2025: Exam city slip released for NEET UG, exam will be held on May 4; download like this

The exam city slip of NEET PG exam has been released. Which candidates can download by visiting the official site.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has a useful news for lakhs of students going to appear in the medical entrance exam NEET UG 2025. The city intimation slip giving information about the exam city has been uploaded on the official website. This year more than 23 lakh students will appear in the NEET exam. Candidates can download it through the steps given here.

It is worth noting that NEET UG is the largest medical entrance exam in the country, through which admission is done in MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, Veterinary and other medical courses. The exam will be conducted on 4 May 2025. Admit card will be issued on May 1, three days before the exam.

Why is the city information slip important?

The City Intimation Slip contains information about the city in which the candidate has to take the exam. This makes it easier for students to plan their travel. Although this slip is not an admit card, it contains information related to the examination center, which will be useful in future.

A look at the exam pattern

The NEET UG 2025 exam will be computer based (CBT). A total of 180 questions will be asked from three subjects. These include Physics, Chemistry and Biology – which includes Botany and Zoology. The duration of the exam will be 3 hours 20 minutes, in which all the questions have to be solved.

How to download the city slip

Students should first go to the website neet.nta.nic.in.

After this click on the link “NEET UG 2025 City Slip”.

Then log in with your application number and password.

Now the student city slip will appear on the screen.

Download it and print it.

Entry will not be allowed without a city slip and admit card.

Both city slip and admit card are necessary for entry into the examination center. If you do not have any one of the documents, you will not be allowed.
