Mumbai: Bombay High Court dismissed petitions by Larsen & Toubro challenging non-intimation of their bid status from MMRDA for the ambitious Thane-Ghodbunder to Bhayandar tunnel and elevated road project. HC asked MMRDA to keep the price bids in a sealed cover for 2 weeks.
