viewers were left sharing their concern over one of the hosts.
The hit music competition - taking place in Basel, Switzerland - reached its much-anticipated final on Saturday (May 17).
Hosted by comedian Hazel Brugger, model Michelle Hunziker and former Eurovision Song Contest participant Sandra Studer, the epic night saw the likes of Greece, Norway and France battle it out to be crowned the winner.
On behalf of the UK, Remember Monday also took to the stage to perform their tune What The Hell Just Happened?, following in the footsteps of 2024 entrant Olly Alexander, who finished in 18th place.
However, just minutes into the BBC show airing, host Michelle had fans worried after noticing her throat was rather hoarse.

Rushing over to X, one person said: "Co-host Mchelle Hunziker doesn't talk like she sings. Sounds like she's been on the Marlboro Reds in a big way since she last appeared. Give the lass some strepsils for heaven's sake. Or she won't last the night."
Someone else added: "Michelle might need some chamomile tea..." A third person chimed in: "What is Michelle supposed to be adding? She's so hoarse she can barely get a word out without screeching."
Echoing their thoughts, another viewer mused: "Is Michelle without her voice?" A fifth then proclaimed: "Her voice is vanishing!"
Michelle is one of Switzerland's best-known international personalities, having grown up in Ostermundigen near Bern. She found fame as a model, posing for the likes of Armani, Rocco Barocco, La Perla, Colmar, Fuerte Ventura, Lovable and Swish.
She has also hosted several shows on German and Italian television, Michelle has presented Striscia la Notizia, Wetten, dass..?, and Festival di Sanremo.
Michelle is no stranger to singing competitions either, having fronted the first two seasons of Deutschland sucht den Superstar, the German version of Pop Idol. And back in 2006, Michelle released her album Lole, recorded in English.
Always looking to show off her voice, Michelle has appeared in acclaimed adaptations of The Sound of Music and Cabaret in Italy.
