Tom Cruise is renowned for his death-defying stunts and classy action sequences, but how does he do it at the age of 62? The actor revealed how he takes care of his insaney ripped body, and how he maintains it religiously.

Tom Cruise's stunts root from vulnerabilityIn a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, when asked about how the ‘Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning’ star about his sculpted body, Tom, with all his red cheeks, revealed the secret. Pointing out that he looks through the lens of vulnerability, Cruise stated that in the characters or the scenes, there is a state of vulnerability that makes the audience resonate with the help of motion and environment, such as in ‘Rogue Nation’ where he was biking with bare feet.

Tom Cruise maintains his body like a car...Furthermore, Tom asserted an analogy of the car, which is how it is important to maintain it. “I work seven days a week. My life has always been, I’ve lived on movie sets and editing rooms, and that’s been my whole life,” Tom stated.

“Right now, I just finished another movie. I have three other, four other movies in the queue, lining up. This is what we do, while we’re editing, while we’re shooting, we’re lining up the next movies,” he continued. For Cruise, it’s like brushing his teeth that he has to take care of it. While it takes only a minute, Cruise has to do it.

Tom Cruise "just gotta do it"
The 62-year-old would do whatever it takes to be fit, as he has to perform stunts in every film, and his hobbies in his personal life are flying aerobatic airplanes and jets, paragliding, speed flying, or jumping off mountains. So, he “just gotta do it.”
In a typical Tom Cruise film, you would see him hanging off an airplane, biking in the dangerous situations or climb the skyscrappers - and it indeed takes a lot of work.
